Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had lovely 1 day overall. We had deluxe double room, and it was contemporary in his own separate bedroom. The breakfast was enjoyable with toasted whole wheat bread, croissant and the patisserie, worth the price.
It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The setting is incredible and excellent, just off the cafe connected, the Centrale station, and the patisserie. All the staff members are especially helpful and very amiable. The units are brand-new, air-conditioned.

There is a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card - that's always a plus. Its nice place for visiting some must see attractions in Pisa. Had breakfast in the café. Staff was loyal, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to downtown. Public parking nearby was available when we stayed. Such a wonderful experience.
